Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because event work requires reserving your date and declining other clients, the following applies unless your signed agreement states otherwise:

Retainers paid to reserve a date are non-refundable, as they secure your date and begin our work.
Cancellations by the client may forfeit payments made to date and any non-recoverable vendor costs already committed on your behalf.
Rescheduling is accommodated where possible, subject to availability and any vendor terms.

The specific refund and cancellation terms for your event are set out in your signed agreement, which controls.
